He is very good at his job very thorough on all items

Mike seems to have all the resources to find that perfect buyer.

Mike did a fine job helping my brother and me sell my Mom's house, especially considering the unsettled housing market. We had some interesting twists through the process, which Mike helped navigate. He was often neutral/balanced in presenting the issue, but was also helpful in providing his opinion/expertise when we asked for it. Mike helped tremendously with one offer that came in with a short fuse while I was overseas (a +5 hour time difference) and only had access to the documents through my phone. Mike used e-mail, text, and phone as appropriate to communicate with us. The one minor improvement opportunity I want to mention is that we had a contingent offer with a time limit that got away from us, such that we missed having the house back on the market for 2-3 weeks. Mike Lamb has been very helpful when I bought the house that I sold to my grandson yesterday. On top of everything and let me know whenever I needed to prove that I owned the property. If things weren’t moving along he would check to see what the hold up was. Very nice and friendly person to work with. Always looking out for my best interest.

Mike Lamb knows the housing market!!! We have used him twice in selling our houses, and each time he has delivered in timely, helpful ways. His communication with us in the process has been very, very good. We always knew where we were in the process and what our next steps would be.In 2006 when the market was bad, he sold our home in 4 months (when others were taking a year). Because he took complete control of all the research and paperwork, he erased the stress of the potential burden for us. He was able to sell the property for almost double what we had expected to get and all within a one-week timeframe. We owe Mike a great deal. He is a thoroughly efficient and knowledgeable real estate agent.

Mike was a great agent! He helped take care of a number of details when it came close to closing. I only had to give him a call if I needed some direction, and he was there to help. Mike has always been my go to realtor. Honest, friendly and helpful. He helped me buy my first house, then 9 years later when my wife and I were looking at a new property, we immediately called him up again. He helped us sell our original house and quickly close a deal on the new house. I will never go anywhere else for real estate advice.

As we settle into our new home in Arizona, we think back on how Mike guided us through the process of selling a very nice home, in a bit of a problem location, meaning very appealing to one or two, but too far out of town for most. Mike was always reminding us of the time it could take and really recommended NOT taking it off the market for a while in the winter. Well, it sold for asking price, in the winter! If you follow Mike's advice and stick with him, your sales experience should be a a positive one.We bought that house through Mike almost 21 years ago, so we went straight to him when it was time to sell, because we already knew and trusted him completely.

Mike was excellent. He listened, was informative, did not apply pressure. We were very pleased with how smoothly the sale went through.

I didn't deal much with him at all. I didn't feel like there was the professional relationship there should be for someone who is getting 7% of my house sale. I ended up having to hassle my mortgage company to get the title company what they needed and had to go to closing alone as Mike was on Vacation. I feel like my 7% was wasted and that it would have been more fair if he got 3.5% for listing my property as I did half the work he should have.

Mike has it all: experience, knowledge, skill, positive attitude, follow through, attention to all the details, availability, always keeping his client "in the loop", ethical in the way he approaches everything, and especially always wanting to bring about the best possible result for his clients. I highly recommend him! He has been involved directly or indirectly in the sale or purchase of four homes for my family over many years. In every instance I was more than satisfied with the results.

Mike is an excellent asset in the home buying process. He is incredibly knowledgeable and so fun to work with! I know he was busy with many other clients, but I never felt like I wasn't the only one. He was quick to respond and set up showings for us. We worked with Mike for almost a year, and he had great advice throughout that time as we navigated the crazy market in Grand Rapids. Awesome person to work with! He is very honest, reliable, extremely helpful and a really nice person. I always enjoyed meeting with him and having him showing us houses to look at. I had the best experience finding and purchasing a house with his help. All the paper work was convenient to sign with electronic signatures and documents. Also had an easy time finding and looking at houses since he sent us houses automatically as they came available on the market.
